Required Documents & Eligibility

Eligibility Requirements

  • Reside within the North SEERA boundary
  • Meet age requirements for your division
  • Be in good standing with Hockey Alberta and Hockey Canada

Required Documents

New Players

  • Proof of Age: Birth certificate or passport
  • Proof of Residency: Utility bill, lease, or tax document
  • The Shift Forward: Required before registration

Returning Players

  • Updated proof of residency (if applicable)
  • The Shift Forward (if Respect in Sport expired)

The Shift Forward – Parent Course

  • Required: One parent/guardian per player
  • Cost:$11.50 + tax
  • Time: Approximately 90 minutes to complete
  • Recommendation: Families are encouraged to complete the course after June 1.
