Four days of development designed to help players prepare for evaluations and the upcoming hockey season.

Dates: August 17-20, 2026

SEASON DEVELOPMENT

Season Development

Additional in-season development opportunities including Goalie Development, Skills Development, and Power Skating.

Runs: October 2026 - February 2027

Program Details

Summer Shinny: Summer Shinny runs throughout the summer and provides players with a fun opportunity to stay active, enjoy additional ice time, and continue playing the game with friends and teammates.

Summer Camps: North SEERA Summer Development Camps run August 17-20, 2026. These camps are designed to help players build confidence, improve core skills, and prepare for evaluations and the upcoming hockey season.

Goalie Development: Goalie Development is planned to run on Mondays from October 2026 through February 2027. Sessions are currently planned for 5:00 PM and 6:15 PM and will be delivered by True North Goaltending.

Skills Development: U9 and U11 Skills Development is planned to run on Wednesdays at 5:15 PM from October 2026 through February 2027. Sessions will be delivered by Competitive Thread.

Power Skating: Power Skating is planned to run on Thursdays from October 2026 through February 2027 and will be delivered by Competitive Thread. Planned times are U13 at 4:15 PM, U11 at 5:30 PM, and U9 at 6:45 PM.

Please note: Goalie Development, Skills Development, and Power Skating dates and times are subject to change as North SEERA continues to finalize ice allocations and program schedules.

North SEERA offers a joint U9/U11 skills session with Competitive Thread, focused on skill development, puck touches, confidence, and hockey IQ.

Competitive Thread provides separate power skating sessions for our U9, U11, and U13 players.

North SEERA offers goalie development through Bellz Edge for U9, U11, and U13 goalies.

Enhanced Development for NS401 & NS501

Our NS401 U11 Tier 1 and NS501 U13 Tier 1 teams receive additional development support through Perfect Skating, providing enhanced skating development and advanced training opportunities throughout the season.
