Referee Payments
Teams are responsible for paying referees for exhibition and regular season games unless otherwise communicated by the league.
- Ensure referee payments are prepared before game time
- Confirm the number of officials assigned to your division and game format
- Track payments carefully for team budgeting and reimbursement purposes
Ramp GameSheets
EFHL games use the Ramp GameSheets app for all official scoring and game management. Paper gamesheets are no longer used.
GameSheet Responsibilities
- Assign a dedicated GameSheet Manager for your team
- Complete roster and affiliate setup before game time
- Enter goals, penalties, shots, and player information accurately
- Validate and submit the final scoresheet after the game
- Ensure suspensions and player eligibility are reflected correctly
Timekeeping & Scorekeeper Information
The home team is responsible for providing both the timekeeper and scorekeeper for league and exhibition games.
- Ensure volunteers arrive early enough to set up before puck drop
- Timekeepers should understand arena scoreboard operation
- Be familiar with stop-time and run-time procedures for your division
- U9 divisions may require shift buzzer management during gameplay
- Keep communication professional and respectful with officials and both teams
